[Now Live] Users can now change the type of inventory lists

What is it?

In an inventory list/exhibition list/fair list, the user can now change it to any other list types

Why does it matter?

Previously if the user created an inventory list and wanted to change it to an exhibition list, the only way was to add all the work to the exhibition list and delete the inventory list. Now the user can do it with one click.

How to use it?

Go to any inventory list/ exhibition list/ fair list, on the top there is an icon showing the list type. Click on it to change the list type.

• Improved the Artist field by enabling users to reorder the artists for works with multiple artists
• Optimized the performance of reordering works in inventory lists

[Now Live] Users can make private inventory lists

What is it?

When making an inventory list/exhibition/fair, you can choose to make it public to all users or only visible to your account

Why does it matter?

It allows users to make private inventory lists, similar to contact lists

How to use it?

In any inventory list, next to the title, click on the Public button and it will change to Private

📔 Contacts

[Now Live] Users can filter contacts by first/last name is empty

What is it?

In Contacts, open the filters > select First Name or Last Name > there is an Is Empty option in the dropdown

Why does it matter?

When users need to clean up the contact data or create a separate smart mail with a different greeting line for contacts without a name, this feature helps users to quickly filter the contacts.

How to use it?

Go to Contacts > Show filters > First Name or Last Name > Is Empty
