[Now Live] Users can filter contacts by first/last name is empty

What is it?

In Contacts, open the filters > select First Name or Last Name > there is an Is Empty option in the dropdown

Why does it matter?

When users need to clean up the contact data or create a separate smart mail with a different greeting line for contacts without a name, this feature helps users to quickly filter the contacts.

How to use it?

Go to Contacts > Show filters > First Name or Last Name > Is Empty

What is it?

In the inquiry form in the online viewing room, there is a new Phone Number field.

Why does it matter?

By having the visitor’s phone number, it increases the chance of connecting with clients and making sales.

How to use it?

It is now showing up in all online viewing rooms.

[Now Live] New columns in the inventory detailed list view

What is it?

In the inventory detailed list view, there are more available columns

Why does it matter?

It allows users to better customize the inventory view. In particular, there are two new columns Contact Associations and Invoice Status. Additionally, all the inventory custom fields in your account are available in this dropdown.

How to use it?

Hover over the header and click on the three-dash icon, click on the vertical icon, and then select or de-select columns.

[Now Live] New “Returned” status for consignments

What is it?

After creating a return, the consignment automatically gets marked as Returned and the return date shows up in the Consignment Date column

Why does it matter?

It allows users to track consignment status more easily

How to use it?

Click on the Return Consignment button, and then enter the return information. After the return transaction is created, the consignment status will automatically update.

[Now Live] Inventory custom fields now available for invoices

What is it?

Under Settings > PDF Templates > Transaction, your inventory custom fields are now available

Why does it matter?

It allows users to add inventory custom fields to the invoices

How to use it?

Go to Settings > PDF Templates > Transaction, and click on View custom inventory fields, then copy and paste the desired fields into the text box below
