Our engineers spend roughly two weeks with your team learning how you handle intake, shipping, and consignments. Then we configure Reggie around your exact process (your shippers, your brokers, your consignment terms) and stay close as it goes live.

After the founding cohort. Joining the waitlist now keeps your place. Later galleries inherit everything the founding cohort teaches Reggie, and onboard in a fraction of the time, without engineers on-site.

Reggie is an add-on to your ARTERNAL subscription, priced based on the size of your gallery and the workflows Reggie takes over. Founding-cohort pricing is bespoke. It reflects the depth of partnership: engineers embedded with your team, Reggie configured around your exact workflow, and ongoing refinement as Reggie learns your gallery. We walk through full numbers on an intro call once your application is reviewed. After the founding cohort, Reggie moves to a standard per-seat add-on that scales with your team.

Reggie does the drafting, coordinating, chasing, and reconciling. Anything that calls for a real decision (a shipper choice with a tradeoff, an unusual customs case, a sensitive consignment term) is routed back to your registrar. You stay in control.
