What is it?

The Inventory and Contacts search now include the ability to filter and search for specific content within notes so you can find relevant information about Contacts or Inventory faster.

How does it work?

With this release, we've made improvements to the search filter, and sort experience within Inventory and Contacts.

Improved Filter Options

We’ve improved Inventory and Contacts filters - users can now filter within notes.

Inventory > click on search > Under “Other Info” > Notes

Contacts > click on search > Under “Identification” > Notes

💹 Transactions

[Heads Up] In Transaction "Sort By" Is Now "Filter"

What is it?

We updated the text from "Sort By" to now read "Filter" to provide more clarity.

Why does it matter?

With this release, the functionality will remain the same where it allows you to filter works by status but we updated the text of the functionality to be more clear.

[Now Live] Search For A Specific List Within The View All List View

What is it?

The “View ALL” list view now includes the ability to search for specific lists so you can retrieve lists quickly and easily.

Why does it matter?

Previously, customers did not have a way to find a specific list based on search. This made it difficult to efficiently find a list, particularly when you have a lot of lists or list names that were difficult to recall or identify.

How does it work?

You’ll now be able to search for a specific list within the “View All” list view.

[Now Live] Ability to change the primary “send” email and set a new default email.

What is it?

Set the default, “primary” email for Contacts.

Why does it matter?

Every contact within a CRM has a preference on which email they want to receive communications. To date, ARTERNAL defaulted to the first email being the MAIN email and there was no easy way to switch or set a new default.

This often leads to extra work by our clients who change which email is the "MAIN" email. Users can now change the "MAIN" email by selecting “Set as main” and that email will then be labeled as main to be used within Smart Mail, Invoices, Transactions, and other areas within ARTERNAL.

How does it work?

Now you can specify the default main email. To set a default email, navigate to a specific contact and click edit profile details.

Upon clicking "Edit Info" clients can change the main email by selecting "Set main". That email will then be labeled as "Main".
