✉️ Smart Mail

• Feature: Selection mode is added to be able to select mass contact cards in Board View.
• Feature: Mass reply added to smart mail.
• Notifications: thread messages count added to indicate the amount of messages in the thread.
• Notifications: You will now get a notification when the email account is unlinked and would prevent you from sending emails from an unlinked account.

👩‍💼 Contact

• Feature: Live Lists is a new feature that allows the user to create dynamically populated lists based on search parameters. (these lists can be made public for the entire organization or just for specific individuals)
• Lists created by one person are now by default viewable by the whole organization "public".
• Feature: Export Live Lists as .CSV file.

🖼️ Inventory

• Feature: Added archive functionality in addition to delete.
• Feature: Adding toggles to include factsheets and and tearsheets to be included when selecting works to offer.
• Feature: PDF generation will honour the order of items in artwork select cart.

🐛 Bug Fixes

• Fixed the broken dropdown list of Inventory status.
• Fixed the bug for throwing error messages when removing the last work from an invoice.
• Fixed the bug for inventory PDF review not generated.

📈 Speed & Performance

• Performance boosted for invoice editing, reduced the waiting time for contact info updating and artwork uploading.
• Speed up the waiting time for displaying all archived items.

• You can now select multiple contact cards in the smart mail view and make a mass reply to all of them at once

• PDFs will now be generated in the same order the items in your artwork cart is in.

• Added the ability to archive artwork and contacts. Instead of deleting works or contacts, you can now archive them first and have the ability to recover them later.

• Added the ability to specify a date range when filtering works by Last updated, added, etc.
• Added the ability to get an expiry date and time on HOLDS
• Moved artwork Location and Condition logs into it's own tab
• Improved the experience when creating sets and adding artwork to sets
• Changes to a master record location or credit fields will apply to all children editions
• You can now store and manage custom price labels in Inventory Settings

• Added the ability to set a contact as inactive. So they cannot be added emailed or contacted.

• Added a tab to switch between documents and artwork
• Added the ability to expire viewing room links
• Added the ability to customize the footer/copyright text in settings

• NEW FEATURE - Economic Nexus and Automatic state Sales Tax Calculation in invoices
• Point of sale address - Added the ability to add shipping addresses for your invoices, this will help determine state sales tax.
• Performance updates and bug fixes

Invoice drafts: We made it easier to save your edits to an invoice as draft. Click the Save Draft button down on the bottom right while editing to save your changes.

Bugs Fixes:

• Fixed an issue with consignment terms appearing when editing other types of transaction

Consignments

We improved the way document templates function under consignments. Now when editing a consignment document template, it won't overwrite all the consignments using the same template. Each consignment document can now be edited independently from one another.

💵 Hide/Show cents in artwork prices

We've added a toggle in account settings that allows for hiding the cents value of artwork prices throughout the app (emails, PDFs, etc)

Bug fixes and improvements

Multiple Inventory Numbers:

We've added the ability to add multiple inventory numbers to an artwork, they are also searchable.

Artwork Permissions

You can now set who in your organization can view the artwork under the artwork details page.

Invoices

• We've added more control regarding the sold to and ship to contacts in an invoice. You can now change or remove them independently of eachother.
• You can now launch the contact's profile in an invoice by clicking on their name after they have been added
• You can now fully preview the an artwork in an invoice by hovering over the thumbnail and clicking on it

• We've revamped our reset password feature so it is now more reliable

• Bug fixes and improvements

* Configure Inventory serials for artworks

* You can now specify your preferred format for automatically incrementing artwork inventory numbers. Find this feature in your settings for more information.

* Upload and send video (BETA) You can now upload video as artwork in inventory. Your work will be displayed with a blank placeholder image but you can manually replace the image when editing the work details.

* Imports and Export menu has been moved to it's own section

* Tags Manager has been moved into settings

* When creating a contact, you can add a company name leave the last name field blank if doing so.

* Added sub location to inventory search filters

* Artwork notes in your dashboard now display the link to that artwork so you know what was referenced

* Fixed an issue with price edits under editions and financials not saving. For now, we require you to edit the price soley on the artwork details page.
