Invoice drafts: We made it easier to save your edits to an invoice as draft. Click the Save Draft button down on the bottom right while editing to save your changes.

Consignments

We improved the way document templates function under consignments. Now when editing a consignment document template, it won't overwrite all the consignments using the same template. Each consignment document can now be edited independently from one another.

💵 Hide/Show cents in artwork prices

We've added a toggle in account settings that allows for hiding the cents value of artwork prices throughout the app (emails, PDFs, etc)

Invoices

  • We've added more control regarding the sold to and ship to contacts in an invoice. You can now change or remove them independently of eachother.
  • You can now launch the contact's profile in an invoice by clicking on their name after they have been added
  • You can now fully preview the an artwork in an invoice by hovering over the thumbnail and clicking on it

* Configure Inventory serials for artworks

* You can now specify your preferred format for automatically incrementing artwork inventory numbers. Find this feature in your settings for more information.

* Upload and send video (BETA) You can now upload video as artwork in inventory. Your work will be displayed with a blank placeholder image but you can manually replace the image when editing the work details.

* Imports and Export menu has been moved to it's own section

* Tags Manager has been moved into settings

* When creating a contact, you can add a company name leave the last name field blank if doing so.

* Added sub location to inventory search filters

* Artwork notes in your dashboard now display the link to that artwork so you know what was referenced

* Fixed an issue with price edits under editions and financials not saving. For now, we require you to edit the price soley on the artwork details page.
