• 📥 Inventory Number Now Optional During Import

When importing inventory, the Inventory Number field is no longer required. If left blank, the system will automatically generate one for each artwork.

• 📝 Export Price Lists Using Alternate Price Labels

Users can now generate PDF price lists using alternative price labels, giving greater flexibility when exporting for different audiences.

• 💵 Edition Pricing Now Displays on Edition Tab

The Edition Tab now properly displays edition-specific prices, improving accuracy and visibility for complex works.

• 🧾 Invoice Template Control: Exclude Artwork Items

A new option lets you exclude artwork items from the invoice total amount at the template level, allowing for cleaner financial breakdowns.

Prompt for Custom Fields on Editions

When editing a custom field on a parent record of an editioned work, you’ll now see a prompt asking if you'd like to apply that same change to all child editions. This ensures consistency across related records and saves time on manual updates.

🔥 Hotfix – October 23, 2025

• Email Attachments in Inventory

A toggle issue was resolved where email attachments were appearing in the Inventory tab despite being disabled. The toggle now works as expected.

Remove Custom Sorting for Artist Works

Users now have the ability to remove custom sorting when viewing artworks under an artist’s profile. This allows for a reset to default sorting when needed.

✨ Online Viewing Room (OVR) Updates

• 🙈 Hide Alternate Views in OVRs

You can now choose to hide Alternate Views for artworks in your Online Viewing Rooms. This gives you more control over how artworks are presented to clients.

• 👤 Associate Contacts to OVRs

OVRs can now be associated with a specific contact.

Once a contact is linked, all visitor activity will be attributed to that contact — unless the OVR is sent via SmartMail, which overrides the default.

• These visits are now tracked in the contact’s timeline, helping you better understand engagement.

⚙️ Backend Improvements

• 🔧 Hasura Removal

We've removed Hasura, a service previously used in our website's business logic. While this change doesn’t affect the user interface, you may notice performance improvements when navigating the platform.

✨ New Features & Enhancements

• 🔗 Smarter URL Slugs

OVR URL slugs are now automatically generated based on the List Title instead of the user-inputted Link Name. This helps prevent internal or sensitive information from appearing in URLs.

➕ You can still customize the slug during creation if you'd like to override the default.

• 🧭 UI Enhancements

We made visual and functional updates to the main OVR List interface for a more streamlined and intuitive experience.

• 🖼️ Higher Banner Image Resolution

We've increased the maximum resolution for banner images, allowing your Online Viewing Rooms to shine with even greater visual clarity.

✨ Online Viewing Rooms (OVRs) Updates

🗂️ "Date Created" Column Added to OVR List

You can now sort your OVRs by Date Created directly from the All Viewing Room Links page. The list is sorted by this column by default for quick access to your most recent links.

💰 Select Which Price Label to Display

Customize each OVR link by choosing the specific price label you want to display — such as Retail Price, Purchase Price, or Market Price.

Whether you're sharing prices in USD or SEK, you can tailor the display to match your audience.

🛠 To update, go to the Artwork Settings panel inside your OVR and choose from the Default Price Label dropdown.

✅ Tip: Be sure that the selected price field is filled in for each artwork in your inventory so the correct value appears.

🖼️ Banner Image URLs Now Supported

In addition to uploading a file, you can now use a direct image URL for your OVR Banner Image.

This is especially helpful if you're looking to include a high-resolution banner. (There’s currently a resolution limit on uploads, but the team is working on a fix for that.)

➕ Just paste your image link into the Image URL field under the Header section in OVR settings.

📱 Mobile Release – Now Live!

• Improved performance when loading Artists for faster navigation.
• Added Recent Shortcuts for Lists and Artists to quickly jump back to recently viewed items.
• Introduced a "Go to Artist" shortcut when long-pressing a work or tapping the info button.
