🔍 Quick Tip: Right-Click for Contact Options!

Now you can right-click on a contact's full name to access a context menu with useful actions. It’s a simple way to save time and streamline your workflow. Give it a try today!

• The "Created At" column is now visible by default on Transactions by User and Transactions by Amount reports (previously hidden).

🐛 Bug Fixes

• Resolved an issue where tags in the inventory activity timeline did not display dates for 2025.

• Implemented email validation during the Microsoft OAuth linking process to ensure SmartMail is sent from the correct email address.

• Activity is now properly logged when associating a contact during inventory status changes (e.g., hold/sold). These activities will appear in the Activity Tab and Dashboard.

✨ New Feature

We've released our new feature Offers 🎉

The Offers tab in ARTERNAL will allow you to view and manage all works offered through SmartMail or manually created in one place. You'll now be able to:

• View all works offered to a contact
• Add notes
• Edit the offer date
• Update offer amounts for specific contacts

🧾 Improvements to Invoices

• Added a "Show Due Date" toggle to invoice templates and previews. This feature lets users control the visibility of the due date line on invoices. The due date appears under the date in the Base invoice template.

💳 Currency Update

• The Egyptian Pound (EGP) has been added to the list of supported currencies.

🐛 Bug Fixes

We resolved the following issues:

• SmartMail text no longer overflows off the screen.
• Invoice PDF generation no longer times out due to certain header images.

We fixed an issue where:

• Artworks could not be attached to smartmail
• Alternate Views did not get attached to smartmail when creating an offer from the selection cart.
• It wasn’t possible to search for editioned works via the search bar.

We've resolved the following issues:

• Assignment filters are now correctly applied when adding a live contact list to a SmartMail.
• Where the credit card fee shows on the invoice summary when the client is not paying via credit card
• The Activity by Users report now exclusively shows information for SmartMails with a status of “Sent.”
• OVR header/logo size is optimized for mobile, ensuring it appears appropriately on smaller screens.
• The consignor field now accurately retrieves the intended contact.
• Fixed a dead-click issue when tapping on contacts in SmartMail.

🧾 Improvements to Invoice

Exciting news! You can now enter a custom tax amount directly into your invoices! 🎉

We’ve implemented a new feature that allows you to specify a manual tax amount, giving you more flexibility and control over your invoicing process. Say goodbye to relying solely on our provided tax rates!

🖼️ Improvements to Inventory

We’ve been busy enhancing your experience with our inventory list view! Now, when you view a list or an artist profile, look for the “More Actions” option (the three horizontal dots) next to the list title or artist name.

For the List View:

Tapping on More Actions gives you quick access to:

• Edit the List Title – Make changes easily!
• Export the List to a CSV File – Handy for offline use!
• Delete the List – Clean up your inventory effortlessly!

For the Artist’s Profile:

With More Actions, you can:

• Edit the Artist’s Biography – Update their story!
• Add the Artist to Your Saved Artist List – Keep your favorites close!
• Share the Artist via Link (NEW ✨) – Spread the word with just a click!
• Delete the Artist – Manage your profiles seamlessly!

📊 Improvements to Reports

You asked, and we delivered! Inventory custom fields are now available for sorting, filtering, and viewing in the Sold Artworks report and in exported spreadsheets. This means better data management for your sales!

🐛 Bug Fixes

We’ve squashed a bug!

• Fixed an issue where “Reply to Selected” in smart mail was not functioning properly. You can now reply seamlessly!

🖼️ Inventory Improvements

You can now sort the Height, Width, and Depth columns separately in the Inventory, making it faster to organize artworks by their dimensions.

Note: Before sorting, you’ll need to add these columns to your grid. To do so:

• Hover over a column header until the three horizontal lines (hamburger menu) appear.
• Check the boxes for "Height," "Width," and "Depth" to add these columns to the grid.

• In the example below, we’ve sorted the "Height" column from smallest to largest to arrange the artworks by their height.

🐛 Bug Fixes

We’ve addressed the following issues:

• Commas in custom field columns were not exporting properly in CSV files.
• The wrong number of Alt Views was displayed for artworks.
• When unarchiving multiple Alt Views, the count was not updating correctly, causing display problems.
• Captions for Alt Views could not be edited, reordered, or saved.
• Inventory live lists were not loading.
• The Location History filter in Inventory resulted in blank rows and inconsistent grid behavior.

🐛 Bug Fixes

We fixed an issue where:

• Applying a status filter changes the order of the artwork.
• The “Last Name” filter in Contacts would load expected results.
• The “Exclude discount from subtotal” checkbox on an invoice did not work.

🧾Improvements to Invoice

You spoke, and we listened! You can now view Invoice Clickthrough Activity in the contact timeline 🎉. This allows you to track it alongside other activities like Smart Mail and shared links.

Additionally, changing the currency of an invoice will now automatically update the currency of its associated works 🎉 Previously, you needed to manually update the artwork prices, but now, when you set the currency for the invoice, it will also update the artwork prices accordingly. Please note that the currency change will only apply to the invoice, not the artwork’s general listing.

🖼️Improvements to Inventory

In the list view, you can now prioritize sorting by the artist’s first or last name.

• Clicking once on the “Details” header will sort by first name.
• Clicking twice will sort by last name.

Artworks without artist names will be ordered last.

Note: The sorting is applied automatically and saved. You can also manually reorder by dragging and dropping artwork within the list.

🐛 Bug Fixes

We fixed an issue where:

• Replacing an image for a work would update invoices that did not contain that work. This fix ensures that invoice thumbnails correctly display works associated with their respective invoices.
• When editing a classic invoice, the location of any works in the invoice was automatically set to the invoice’s location, creating unnecessary location history. This has been corrected.
• The time range filter was incorrectly displaying as “Date Range” to “Date Range” after selecting dates and reopening the filter, causing confusion. This has been fixed to reflect the exact dates applied.

🧾Improvements to Invoice

You can now filter invoices by the ones you’ve created! In the navigation bar, there is a new tab called “My Invoices.” Clicking on this tab will display a submenu that filters out only the invoices you have created.

💳Improvement to Currency

The Polish złoty (PLN) has now been added to the list of available currencies.

🐛 Bug Fixes

We fixed an issue where:

• Generated inventory numbers were incorrect for some users.
• Invoice thumbnails showed artwork not associated with the invoice.
• Switching between contacts when editing in SmartMail lagged for some users.
• The selection cart was not loading all selected artwork from the search results.
• In the SmartMail pipeline, when dealing with offers involving many contacts, the selection cart didn’t respond to the entire selection in a timely manner.

You can now set middle names and pronouns for a contact that will appear on Invoices.
