📧 Improvements to Fonts

• Three new fonts were added: Guyot Press, Guyot Headline, Guyot Text

🐛 Bug Fixes

We fixed an issue where:

• Invoice QuickBook sync did not work when using discount amounts.
• Universal navbar collapses on smaller screens for dashboard, invoicing, deals
• OVR image previews did not have floating headers if the section was blank
• The last image in a condition report was exported as a different size than the rest of the images
• The smartmail filter “Date Range” didn’t work

🧾Improvements to Invoice

• We added the ability to include user signatures with custom formatting in emails sent out from invoicing.
• Invoice: Added a checkbox toggle to exclude the discounts from being included in the subtotal (while editing the invoice)

🐛 Bug Fixes

We fixed an issue where:

• Invoice: users were unable to download invoices. Resolved for all users.
• Dashboard: PDF previews were not showing on the Smartmail Clickthroughs widget.
• Navbar: profile pictures were not displaying on the navbar
• Hotfixed smartmail clickthrough order not being right on the dashboard.
• Invoice: sales tax totals were not rounding correctly.
• Dashboard: Made sure the activity timeline date is in a consistent format

💸 Payments/Fee Updates

The ACH fee has been changed to a $25 flat fee.

📧 Improvements to Email Signatures

We’ve listened to your feedback and are excited to introduce email signatures to Smart Mail. With this release, you can now add email signatures in the Email Signature Editor under the "Email" tab in Settings. Once your email signature has been saved, there will be a toggle in the Smart Mail template that allows you to include your signature in offers sent. You can also toggle on your signature in the Smart Mail pipeline when responding to replies. You can read more about it in our help article here.

🐛 Bug Fixes

We fixed an issue where:

• Alt view number count not appearing on artwork.
• Contacts not assigned to the correct user.
• The batch updating availability status not working.
• Error for “Activity By” on User Report.
• A user couldn’t save an invoice.
• Re-ordering artist works in inventory not saving.
• Sales tax was missing by 1 cent.
• “Sold To” information on reports was incorrect.
• An artist’s name wasn’t populating on an invoice.
• Navigating to inventory or contacts from the sidebar leads to a blank screen.

🐛 Bug Fixes

We fixed an issue where:

• Subtotal should include discounts
• The text became hyperlinked in Smartmail
• Solo exhibitions are listed as group exhibitions
• Artist search is not working when on an artwork page.
• When logging out of the mobile app, it would log you back in.
• Transact, Invoices, and Reports were missing from the navigation bar on the left.
• The artist’s name wouldn’t save when added to an artwork.
• The currency kept reverting to USD.
• The “create smartmail from list” button didn’t add contacts.
• Not everyone could set up two-factor authentication.
• A few artist’s names were not showing on the mobile app.
• Availability status not showing all artworks
• Unpaid invoices showing as paid

🧾 Improvements to Invoice

New invoices will now have new share URLs. Compared to our previous share URLs, these new share URLs will track clickthroughs when sent out separately from the system. Existing invoices and their shared URLs are not affected.

Clicking the "View and Download" or the "Preview" button on the Send page will not be tracked.

🧾 Improvements to Invoice

Invoice Tag Management Page

A new tag manager tab in Settings that allows users to rename, merge, and delete tags. This functionality is identical to contact and inventory tags.

Filter Tags On Invoice List View

Now you can filter invoices by Labels and use the same searchable multi-select dropdown. You can read more here

Voided Invoices

Now, you can void Invoices. When an invoice is voided, it will still show up on the contacts profile and inventory with a "void" label.

🐛 Bug Fixes

We fixed an issue where:

• Trouble was experienced trying to connect Stripe account to Arternal.
• Contacts not selected when added in Smartmail.
• There was trouble with adding a live list to Smartmail.
• There was trouble where when typing dimensions it auto-fill out the “cm” or “inches.”
• Alt views weren’t showing up.
• “Null” appearing when COA is downloaded.
• We didn’t support 1/16 fractions in inventory dimensions.
• A user couldn’t open lists/fairs/exhibitions

📱iPhone/iPad

We’ve made an update to the image resolution in smart mail for mobile/iPad.

🎉 Update

We changed the inventory header “Status Note” to “Recent Notes.” Users reported that the “status note” column in the inventory ag-grid was unclear. The “status note” is always the most recent note made on an artwork.

🧾 Improvements to Invoice

• Improved the ability to add signature lines to additional details sections.
• You can now exclude the price of the artwork item from the total amount on the invoice.

🐛 Bug Fixes

We fixed an issue where:

• Inventory was not showing after viewing a live list.
• A user could not view client insight.
• Clicking on the financials tab added to the activity feed.
• The save button can be pressed more than once, creating duplicate parent records.
• AG grid lost customization upon sign-in.
• The inventory page gets cut off sometimes.
• The contact consignment filter was not working.
• Images were showing up blank on an artwork.

🎉 New Feature

We recently released the “Asset Browser” feature. When composing smart mail, You can search for and add inventory, documents, artists, lists, exhibitions, and fairs. To learn how to do this, please click on this link.

🧾 Invoice

Sent Invoices will now show in a contact’s profile activity feed.

When an invoice is sent/emailed, it will show in both the inventory and contact activity feeds.

🐛 Bug Fixes

• Special characters were found in a deal title.
• The “Artist” sidebar search field was not working.
• Converting framed dimensions erases unframed dimensions.
• The “Minimal” template didn’t work.
• The “Sold by” column in reports was showing up blank.
• The “Sold To” inventory filter was not working.
• "Sold To" and "Invoice Created By" were not populating on the "Sold artworks" report
• A user experienced an issue where the invoice total amount was incorrect after deleting the inventory price.
• The dimension caption was showing as decimal even though the decimals option was turned off in settings.
• A user experienced trouble deleting tags in settings.

🧾 Invoice V2

We’ve been listening to your feedback and are excited to announce that you can now customize the color of the “View and Download” button. Check out the help article for more details.

🐛 Bug Fixes

• Fixed an issue where captions were being emailed as hyperlinks.
• Fixed an issue where users weren’t able to go to the exhibitions/fairs tab when in an inventory.
• Fixed an issue where opening an offer in the contact's inbox would not load and only show a spinning wheel.
• Fixed an issue where the installation views were not displaying correctly.
• Fixed an issue where a user had to create payables manually.

📲 Mobile version 4.76 was released this morning

• We’ve revamped the navigation bar menu system, focusing more on the Select button.

📱iPhone/iPad update 4.75 is live.

• Users can now interact by tapping status change push notifications, which will now bring them to the artwork.

📸 Image Resolution Improvement:

Image thumbnails will currently be displayed at 800 pixels, and large images will be displayed at 1400 pixels.
