🧾 Invoice V2

We’ve been listening to your feedback and are excited to announce that you can now customize the color of the “View and Download” button. Check out the help article for more details.

🐛 Bug Fixes

• Fixed an issue where captions were being emailed as hyperlinks.
• Fixed an issue where users weren’t able to go to the exhibitions/fairs tab when in an inventory.
• Fixed an issue where opening an offer in the contact's inbox would not load and only show a spinning wheel.
• Fixed an issue where the installation views were not displaying correctly.
• Fixed an issue where a user had to create payables manually.

📲 Mobile version 4.76 was released this morning

• We’ve revamped the navigation bar menu system, focusing more on the Select button.

📱iPhone/iPad update 4.75 is live.

• Users can now interact by tapping status change push notifications, which will now bring them to the artwork.

📸 Image Resolution Improvement:

Image thumbnails will currently be displayed at 800 pixels, and large images will be displayed at 1400 pixels.

• Fixed an issue where some users weren’t able to send invoices. They would receive the error message “Could not send, please try again”.
• Fixed an issue where Sales tax rate auto calculation was causing an error on paid invoices.

[Now Live] Inventory Live List!

What is it?

Live lists are dynamically populated lists that automatically updated based on filter results

Why does it matter?

Like contact live lists, users can now create inventory live lists without having to constantly manually update the lists

How to use it?

When apply any inventory filter, the Save as Live List button will show up. Click on it to save the filter criteria as a live list.

[Now Live] "Is Empty" option in custom field filters

What is it?

In both contacts and inventories, if you click on the filter > choose a text-type custom field > there is an Is Empty option

Why does it matter?

It allows users to filter by contacts or inventories that do not have an entry in a certain custom field

How to use it?

Go to your contact or inventory filters and choose one that is text type, click on the Contains button and you will see Is Empty in the dropdown.
